I am so happy that you are here.
In the last 20 years I have been on a self awareness journey, and have dealt with quite a few traumatic events in my life. I continue to use the tools I have learned and teach others to use them too. Dealing with these traumas was of paramount importance to me as I did not have the skills to get through them. I journeyed through different courses and therapy trainings to find the healer within.

This is how I came to be a Reiki Healer and an NLP Trained Practitioner and Hypnotherapist over 20 years ago.
I have also trained as a Psych-K® Facilitator, EAM Mentor, Master Akashic Records Consultant and Teacher. My most recent successes have been in Qualifying as a Trauma Informed Heartmath® Coach, EAM Mentor®, and Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner over the last 4 years. I am now honoured to have combined these modalities to facilitate your wellness and healing journey in a fast, easy and safe container.

So what does this mean for you?I have been able to combine all of these methods to help others develop and enhance their self belief, as well as enabling them to release limiting beliefs and patterns and creating much needed shifts that enable them to become happy and healthy in their everyday life.
